Three essential steps for an "accompaniment" trip:              These steps can be done in any order, but each must be completed

1. Letter of Invitation from Companion Parish:  Work with and through your congregation in the East Central Synod of Wisconsin to contact your matched companion and receive a "Letter of Invitation" from them which will officially invite you and clarify the number who are welcome to come and the dates of your trip.                                                               
2. Application Form for Trip: Complete the Application (on this website) so that you and our Synod are clear on the expectations of your representing your congregation, Conference, Synod, and our ELCA. ELCA.                                                                                                                                                                                                  
3. Orientation: Seek, ask, or arrange for orientation in our synod and for orientation in South Africa.
